Set up and teardown for every tournament will be a 

minimum of one person from every team 

for each duty set up and teardown.

There is a $100.00 fine to your team
for each missed setup or teardown. 

Payment due at the next VWDL meeting after the tournament.

Open to all Captains, Co-Captains, Executive Members, Committee Members, Team Representatives, and Statisticians.
Set up: 10:00 a.m.
Registration cut off: 10:30 a.m.

League Cup Finals | April 30 | Langford Legion | 6:00 p.m.

VWDL Banquet | June 6 | Langford Legion | Doors opens at 5:00 p.m.

Annual General Meeting | June 11 | 7:00 p.m.

REMINDER: Game sheets must be submitted no later than Sunday, 6:00 p.m.

There is a $10 fine for every late submission.
